Hey folks. I scanned all the messages and there was one about the Clymer Manual but not much about the factory manual. Basically I want to start down the road of learning my bike inside and out, adding mods, doing my own maintenance and everything. I am mechanically inclined but I have three questions:
(1) Which is better - factory manual or clymer?
(2) How does one order the factory manual?
(3) Since the clymer manual has not been updated since the late 80's is it still valid? Is the factory manual more up-to-date?
I'm trying to avoid buying two of them...Thanks.
